A new and different subject for the IRO Midlands Area, we will be welcoming Dr. Stephen Fletcher, Registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist to talk to us about non technical skills.

Dr. Stephen’s presentation will cover what non technical skills are, how the differ from technical skills, how applying non technical skills can help to keep railway staff safe and other benefits they can bring to the railway industry.

This is sure to be a new learning experience for many attendees.
