An interactive workshop presented by Philippa Murphy & Mary-Elizabeth Cross, RSSB

The field of non-technical skills is becoming more and more relevant in our industry, whether it be at the recruitment stage, during assessment or following an incident. This is one subject that is not merely an add-on to the technical skills that operators train for.

Philippa and Mary-Elizabeth are specialists in their field of Human Factors and we are proud to host them at what will be an interesting workshop.

Not the typical format for one of our events, it will be interactive where you will get the chance to find out about and test your own non-technical skills.

There will be a little bit of work for you to do beforehand so you get the best out of the work shop, this will be in the form of watching a short video or reading a short report.

This is a free to attend event, however, due to TfGM Building Security Arrangements, BOOKING IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. Your place is only secure when you have had an e-mail confirmation from the Chairman.
