One year into the Govia Thameslink Franchise and it has had its fair share of challenges. But performance is improving, passenger satisfaction is up and the company is now one organisation following the end of the Southern and Gatwick Express franchise in July. Charles Horton, Chief Executive Officer will be outlining progress so far and the exciting opportunities which the future of the franchise holds.
