Ever wanted to know more about the techniques and skills required to drive a train?  The CrossCountry Trains team would like to offer IRO members the opportunity to experience just that. In a rare and exciting opportunity Andy Bulloch, Regional Driver Manager for CrossCountry Trains will facilitate a session in the use of Driver simulators in driver training and competence management at their training centre in Derby.

Sessions start at 09:45hrs & 12:30hrs and lunch will be provided, but members will have to make their own way to Derby (transport from the station to training centre will be provided). 

Places are strictly limited to 6 per session (morning and afternoon) and priority will be given to current students on the IRO education programmes. Please indicate your preferred session when booking.
