Event Details

As promised last year we will be holding another visit to CrossCountry Trains Control. During the visit you will be able to see what goes on behind the scene to ensure passenger services are kept moving throughout the network.

CrossCountry Trains is unique as a Train Operating Company as they pass through nearly every area on the railway network which can be a challenge for the people who roster train crew, deal with incidents, provide customer support and react to network problems on a daily basis; come and see some of those people in their work environment and hear from the team on some of the challenges they experience in Control.

Please note due to the size of the venue numbers will be limited to 20, with priority given to those who were unable to secure a place last year.
