A presentation by Joel Mitchell, c2c’s Service Delivery Director

c2c are back where they belong at the top of the performance table. Fresh from their win at the 2018 Golden Whistle awards, Joel Mitchell, will detail the hard work that has gone into achieving performance excellence and how he has consolidated their status as Great Britain’s best performing TOC.

Recovering performance is no mean feat. Joel will detail how c2c went about understanding their train performance challenges and what they did to get back to basics. He’ll discuss how the operator went about ensuring they had the right assets in the right place, at the right time.

We welcome all IRO members, anyone that works in the railway industry (or is looking to join), and anyone interested in becoming a member of the IRO.  Refreshments will be available from 17.45 and the event will be followed by our popular networking session giving you the opportunity to meet fellow railway industry professionals.
